Under the guidance of Managing Director Paddy Grant, who set up the business in 1994, and his sons, Chrissy and Jack, the well-respected company undertake projects of all sizes and all of their farm buildings are fully compliant and CE marked.
Reflecting back on the year that just came to an end, Chrissy revealed that demand for their wide variety of services they offer was high but the soaring costs in building materials is a cause for concern.
“We were fairly busy and I’d be hopeful that this year will keep going the same,” he said before adding: “Prices have gotten out of hand at the minute. Even regards ordinary standard agricultural sheeting, that’s twice the price at the minute.
““In 2021 it was a difficult year to try and price jobs ahead as the constant rising costs of materials where making it almost impossible to know from week to week what was going to happen, but everyone was the same.
“We hope that 2022 will bring a turn in the prices or at least no more increases, to keep the whole country moving materials need to be affordable.”

“Currently we have ongoing projects and there are a number of further jobs in for pricing, which is a good sign that farmers aren’t being put off completely by the increase in costs.
“Projects for the year ahead seem to be more in the dairy sector, but that would be down to the steady line of income, as opposed to beef and sheep, the prices were better but with the rising costs of meal and fertiliser etc. will take its toll.“
