It’s 30 years this year since the Ploughing Match took place in Crecora, Co. Limerick. When the Ploughing Match came to Crecora a young John Cusack worked preparing the site. Lots of things have changed since then with machinery.
Every year John does a diecast event and this year he has decided to cover the Ploughing Match on Wednesday 13 September.
This is a huge event, where 270 different models will go on display for two days in aid of Limerick Animal Welfare. People can donate on the day direct to Limerick Animal Welfare.
