“We’re based in Abbeyfeale in Co Limerick and we’re established over 25 years. We have 10 full-time working here, all of which are highly qualified and have many years’ experience doing their jobs. We can fabricate and erect any size of steel building,” he stated.
“Basically what we do is supply and erect farm and industrial steel buildings in and around the Munster area and over the years we’ve built up a fairly solid clientele base.
“I had been doing this kind of work all my life and in 1990 I took the decision to finally go out on my own and haven’t looked back since.”
“Things have definitely improved from a few years ago though, thankfully, and we have projects currently lined up throughout different parts of Limerick, Kerry and Cork, which include farm buildings and industrial work.
“We get a lot of repeat business and I would like to thank out customers for their support over the years.
“We aim to do a good job. We try and supply a high standard of materials and the materials that we supply are all certified,” said Mossie. “We are fully CE certified which is now mandatory for all structural steel buildings.
“The materials that we would be using are all top quality brands from various different companies, whether it be steel, sheeting, cladding or timber. So we go out of our way to make sure that the best brands possible.
“I think it’s between that and the quality of work that we produce here – they both go a long way when you’re looking for repeat business from customers.”
Busier times for his customers, aligned with new grants coming through, has seen him lined up with plenty of work for the early part of the year and he’ll hope that it continues right through for the coming months.
“We have work ahead of us all of the time, thankfully,” he said. “There are new grants coming in as well which will see a lot of farmers building and we’ve had a lot of enquiries already for the new year, so that’s encouraging.
