Exciting times at Casey Agri as it launches its brand-new online parts store!

18 Jun , 2025

Established over 30 years ago, Casey Agri has become a trusted name in the agricultural machinery sector, providing comprehensive sales, service, and parts support for a wide range of farm equipment. From tractors and harvesters to tillage equipment and everything in between, Casey Agri has been dedicated to keeping Irish farmers running smoothly.

Irish Tractor Agri & Plant recently had the pleasure of speaking with dealer principal Denise Casey to learn all about this thriving second-generation family-run business and its latest exciting venture: the launch of their new online parts store, aptly named ‘Agri Parts Ireland’.

“Agri Parts Ireland represents a significant step forward for Casey Agri,” explains Denise. “We understand the importance of minimizing downtime for our customers. This online store allows farmers across Ireland to quickly and easily source the genuine parts they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, getting them back in the field faster.”

The website will feature access to the My CNH store. This gives customers access to detailed parts diagrams, secure online payment, and fast nationwide delivery. Casey Agri is confident that ‘Agri Parts Ireland’ will provide an enhanced level of service and support to the agricultural community, further solidifying their position as a leading provider in the industry.”Visit AgriPartsIreland.ie today

Operating with a dedicated team of 10 full-time staff, this burgeoning business has quickly established itself as a key player in the agricultural machinery market.  Appointed as a New Holland dealership in 2022, the company proudly serves the farming communities of Offaly, Laois, and South Kildare, providing sales, service, and parts for the renowned tractor brand. Beyond New Holland, the business also acts as a trusted agent for Abbey Machinery, offering a comprehensive range of slurry handling and spreading equipment, and for Twose Hedge Cutters, catering to the vital needs of land management and roadside maintenance.

Recognizing the company’s success and commitment to its customers, Irish Tractor Agri & Plant magazine recently spoke with Denise Casey to gain insights into the award-winning operation and its recent performance.

“This year has started exceptionally well for us,” Denise Casey explained. “Sales have been strong across the board, and we’re very pleased with the momentum we’ve built thus far. We attribute this to a combination of factors, including the quality of the brands we represent, the dedication of our team, and the strong relationships we’ve forged with farmers in the region.”

Discussing the overall business cycle, Casey added, “Generally, business has been on a positive trajectory. Of course, we experience the typical seasonal fluctuations. We see peaks during planting and harvesting seasons, followed by a more moderate pace during the summer months. While sales tend to slow down in summer, our service department becomes incredibly busy, ensuring farmers’ equipment is maintained and ready for the next demanding season. As we move into autumn and winter, sales typically rebound as farmers begin planning and investing for the coming year.

“It’s just over two years since we proudly took on the New Holland dealership here at Casey Agri, and I’m delighted to say things are progressing very well. The past two years have been incredibly productive. We’ve focused on settling in, streamlining our operations, building a strong and knowledgeable staff, and investing heavily in their training to ensure they’re equipped to provide the best possible service. We also organized several successful events, working closely with New Holland, to officially launch the dealership and introduce ourselves to the farming community. All in all, we’re very happy with the progress we’ve made.”

The partnership with New Holland has demonstrably elevated Casey Agri’s commitment to excellence. Since being appointed a New Holland dealer, the company has achieved remarkable recognition, securing the prestigious ‘Farm Machinery Supplier of the Year’ award at the annual Midlands 3 Customer Service Awards for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024). This consistent achievement underscores their dedication to superior service.

These award wins are a source of immense pride for the entire team at Casey Agri’s  Garryhinch location. They are a testament to their unwavering focus on providing customers with an exceptional service experience, from initial consultation and sales, through to ongoing maintenance and support.

The end of last year marked a significant turning point for Casey Agri as they launched their extensive parts inventory online. This move was both exhilarating and a monumental task at the time.

“Parts are a cornerstone of any dealership,” explains Denise. “They work intrinsically with the service and maintenance of tractors in the workshop. Many dealerships, like ours, maintain a vast stock of parts.”

She continues, “Because most dealerships are situated in rural areas of Ireland, their customer base is typically limited to the local community. That’s just the reality.”

However, Casey Agri recognized an evolving trend. “We noticed an increasing number of inquiries from customers all over Ireland, and even the UK, seeking specific parts. We were regularly shipping these orders. It was during the summer that I suggested to my husband, ‘Let’s explore taking our parts business online.'”

Denise acknowledges the magnitude of the project. “It was a huge undertaking.  While I believed it was a great idea, the sheer scale of the task became apparent very quickly.”

The result of their efforts was the launch of Agri Parts Ireland, a dedicated online platform. “The primary reason for keeping it separate from our main Casey Agri tractor site is to maintain a focused presence for our New Holland brand on that platform.”

After three months of operation, Agripartsireland.ie has demonstrated a strong and positive trajectory for the Caseys, indicating a solid start in the market. The inclusion of a dedicated ‘MyCNH’ store section, implemented earlier this year, has significantly boosted the website’s performance and customer engagement, resulting in increased traffic and sales. This strategic addition has proven to be a key driver in attracting customers seeking genuine CNH parts and accessories, further solidifying  Agripartsireland.ie’s position as a reliable online resource for agricultural parts in Ireland.

So, having considered the journey so far, the burning question remains: what is the key to Casey Agri’s impressive success? How has a humble start-up blossomed into the thriving business it is today, a business widely celebrated by its customers as a comprehensive source for all their farm machinery requirements?

“I’ve always described our business as ‘our family to yours’,” Denise explains. “The agricultural landscape in Ireland is built upon family businesses, and we ourselves are a second-generation family-run operation. I believe that being in the same boat, facing similar challenges and opportunities, allows us to truly understand the unique needs of our customers. It’s about providing that personal touch, building relationships based on shared understanding and trust.”

Looking forward, Denise outlines Casey Agri’s priorities for the coming months.  While the team is keen to nurture the continued growth of their online parts store, they remain deeply committed to all facets of the business. The core plan revolves around maintaining their exceptional full-service offerings and robust aftersales support, while simultaneously investing in the continual upgrading and maintenance of their base of operations nestled along the Offaly/Laois border.

“This year, we are focusing on strategically expanding our parts business,” she elaborates. “However, our primary goal is to dedicate more time and resources to improving our physical property. We’ve invested heavily in the building itself over the past few years, and we want to continue that momentum to further enhance the services we offer. Specifically, we aim to bolster our tractor servicing and maintenance capabilities, ensuring we can provide our customers with the highest quality of care for their vital machinery.”

Casey Agri’s opening hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
