KUHN strengthens its presence in Northern Ireland

6 Mar , 2020

KUHN Farm Machinery has strengthened its commitment to the Northern Ireland farm machinery market by appointing a dedicated territory manager and parts and amenity sales specialist for the region.

Experienced area sales manager David Sharp will be supported by newly appointed parts and amenity sales specialist Rhea De Souza. They will work across Northern Ireland in support of KUHN’s two official stockists, Ballymena-based D. S. Logan and Benburb-based Alexander Mills.

KUHN offers a comprehensive range of equipment for livestock and arable farmers, including ploughs, conventional and minimum tillage cultivators, power harrows, drills, sprayers, grassland machinery, fertiliser spreaders, feeder wagons and straw bedders.

All KUHN products are also supported through the online customer portal MyKUHN, which allows machine owners to access an entire library of machinery specific information, operator manuals, spare parts catalogues and expert advice and information. Free to access via any PC, smartphone or tablet where there is access to the internet, the portal is available for all new and used KUHN machines up to 20 years old.

Particularly valuable is the MyKUHN ‘Click and Collect’ function for genuine parts, which provides quick and easy online access to KUHN’s entire spare parts catalogue and individual machine schematics. Through this service, customers in Northern Ireland will be able to identify and order genuine KUHN spares with minimal effort.  There is also the possibility for the customers to create a parts wish-list that will be sent direct to their selected KUHN dealership. Once the dealer receives a parts wish-list, they can process them as an order and contact the customer to advise when it will be ready for collection.
